Delete your AttenQR account

AttenQR lets you create an account in the app and on the web. You can delete that account yourself at any time. This page is the official account-deletion resource for AttenQR (attenqr.com).
How to request deletion
- Open the AttenQR app, or go to https://attenqr.com/app/.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings (gear icon).
- Open Edit Profile.
- Scroll to Delete Account and confirm. You will be asked for your password.
In-app deletion happens right away. If you cannot sign in, email support@attenqr.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. Include the account email. Once we confirm the request comes from the account owner, we delete the account and everything listed below without delay.
What is deleted
- Your AttenQR login (email and password).
- Your profile (name and profile photo).
- Your course enrollments and attendance records.
- If you are a teacher: the courses you created, with all of their attendance records. Co-teachers lose access to those courses and the students' attendance records in them are deleted too, so export attendance to CSV first if you need it. If you were a co-teacher on someone else's course, you are removed from it and the course stays.
- Lookup and link entries that let teachers find you or see you on a roster.
- Your game progress (completed stages and hint usage).
Teachers of your courses will no longer see you on their roster or in their attendance history. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is left, and for how long
- A short-lived deletion marker: a one-way hash of your account ID and the deletion time (no name, email or other details). It stops sign-in sessions opened before the deletion from recreating the account, and our daily cleanup removes it, normally within about a day.
- We do not keep a separate backup of your password. Our deletion job logs record counts only, never your name, email or account ID.
Inactive accounts
If an account has not been signed in to for 1 year, we email the account address 30 days and again 10 days before the deletion date. If it is still not used, the account is deleted automatically, with everything listed above, including your game progress. Signing in before that date keeps the account.

AttenQR 계정 삭제
AttenQR 계정은 앱과 웹에서 만들 수 있고, 언제든지 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 페이지는 AttenQR(attenqr.com)의 공식 계정 삭제 안내입니다.
삭제 방법
- AttenQR 앱을 열거나 https://attenqr.com/app/에 접속합니다.
- 삭제할 계정으로 로그인합니다.
- 설정(톱니바퀴)을 엽니다.
- 프로필 수정을 엽니다.
- 아래의 계정 삭제를 눌러 확인합니다. 비밀번호를 한 번 더 입력합니다.
앱에서 삭제하면 바로 처리됩니다. 로그인할 수 없다면 계정 이메일 주소로 support@attenqr.com에 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 메일에 계정 이메일을 적어 주시면, 계정 주인의 요청임을 확인한 뒤 아래 정보를 모두 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
삭제되는 정보
- AttenQR 로그인 정보(이메일, 비밀번호)
- 프로필(이름, 프로필 사진)
- 수강 등록과 출석 기록
- 선생님인 경우: 직접 만든 수업과 그 수업의 출석 기록 전체. 공동 선생님도 그 수업을 더 볼 수 없고 그 수업 학생들의 출석 기록도 함께 삭제되니, 필요하면 먼저 출석을 CSV로 내보내 주세요. 다른 선생님의 수업에 공동 선생님으로 들어가 있었다면 그 수업에서만 빠지고 수업은 남습니다.
- 선생님이 이메일로 나를 찾거나 명단에서 나를 볼 때 쓰던 조회·연결 정보
- 게임 진행 기록(완료한 스테이지, 힌트 사용 기록)
내 수업의 선생님 화면에서도 명단과 출석 이력에서 내가 사라집니다. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
남는 정보와 기간
- 짧게 남는 삭제 표시: 계정 ID를 되돌릴 수 없게 변환한 값과 삭제 시각뿐입니다(이름, 이메일 등은 없음). 삭제 전에 열려 있던 로그인 세션으로 계정이 다시 만들어지지 않게 막는 용도이며, 매일 도는 정리 작업이 보통 하루 안에 지웁니다.
- 비밀번호는 따로 백업하지 않습니다. 삭제 작업 기록에는 건수만 남고 이름, 이메일, 계정 ID는 남지 않습니다.
장기 미사용 계정
1년 동안 로그인하지 않은 계정은 삭제 30일 전과 10일 전에 계정 이메일로 안내를 보냅니다. 그때까지 로그인하지 않으면 게임 진행 기록을 포함해 위의 정보를 모두 자동으로 삭제합니다. 그 전에 로그인하면 계정은 그대로 유지됩니다.
