Delete your AttenQR account

AttenQR lets you create an account in the app and on the web. You can delete that account yourself at any time. This page is the official account-deletion resource for AttenQR (attenqr.com).

How to request deletion

Open the AttenQR app, or go to https://attenqr.com/app/.
Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Open Settings (gear icon).
Open Edit Profile.
Scroll to Delete Account and confirm. You will be asked for your password.

If you cannot sign in, email support@attenqr.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. Include the account email. We respond within 3–5 business days.

What is deleted

Your AttenQR login (email and password).
Your profile (name and profile photo).

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be kept, and for how long

Attendance records and course memberships that other teachers or students still need may remain until those courses end. Course and attendance data is automatically deleted 30 days after the course end date.
If you email us to delete an account you cannot access, we delete the login and profile after we verify the request. The same course-retention rule above applies.
We do not keep a separate backup of your password. Server logs that do not identify you may be kept for a short period for security.
